With the picturesque, now dormant volcano, Mount Schank, as its backdrop, the Bellum Hotel is a traditional country pub surrounded by lush farmland.

Renowned for good hearty food and a great atmosphere, the licensees and hosts are Simon Livingstone and wife Lisa Edwards; the great, great, great grand daughter of the man who originally built the hotel, and who became the first licensee way back in 1866.
